Found a new, very knowledgable sound shop in town, who since talking to them 3 weeks ago, has opened up their garage, and is now building boxes. I'm heading over there today after work, gotta go make a pickup in 'Bolivar' ohio???? But here's my plans so far. 2 2006 Kicker L7 15's. 4.5 Net each driver. Tuned to 33hz.... rather than 42hz on my last box (yuck) Subs firing UP!!! Old box was toward the back, and was real close to the hatch, and vibrated like a mofo. Wanted to get some opinions about which direction to fire the ports..... Up? Toward the rear? Toward the front isn't an option, unobstructed seating capacity is a definite priority with this box, don't want to have to fold my rear seats down for maximum performance. So which way should i fire the port? I made a poll, so you don't have to do a full response. Car is an audi a6 stationwagon, so i would imagine what sounds good in an SUV will sound good in my car.
