My fiance's last house they rented had those copper pipes down stairs and her and her mom got evicted (sp). Well when they were moving their shit out from house to house the landlord went in there and stole all the cooper piping out of the house to sell and make money of it and they clamied my fiance's mother took the shit and sold it. You know she had to replace the whole copper pipping. Shit was uber expensive too. She fought it and went to court and lost. Was horrible as I know it wasn't them, but the landlords as the landlord changed the lock and we didn't have the keys to get the rest of the stuff.
