Message: <blockquote data-quote="phoneman" data-source="post: 407301" data-attributes="member: 541477"><p>I dont think they have a set standard but I beleive they get most of there funding from the state.   Most are not very pretty places but have shelter and some food.  The regulars will help out either phisically or financially to earn their keep.  They are good for providing a homeless person a place to stay and help them find funding to get out on their own.</p></blockquote><p></p>
