I have an old Crate Amp (It was part of a beginner's package my brother bought. Kind of looks like that, except it's Red. I disassembled it and gave most of it to a friend (he painted his guitar Pink for a show, but lost a few pieces.) I was thinking about making it into a guitar holder. I was thinking about re-assembling it, putting a wooden block behind the pick guard, put one guitar mount there, one in the middle of the neck, and one at the end of the neck (with a brace / mount on the back side of the neck.) What do you guys think of this idea? I'm not even sure if it's worth the work, but it definitely would look good! Pics can be assembled if necessary. By the way, this will be mounted on my wall.
