actually, very little. Maybe i included that in a late afterword to my story because several of my colleagues at the time dropped out as well, but did not do so for more forward planning reasons. I did smoke a lot of reefer in high school (in 91-95) and in a way, it was more of a drug to help deal with the monotony and standardization of high school. During this period,, my biggest interest was playing music!! Jazz and Funk!! The moments I was in school were almost painful. Not physically, and not like the kids that got harassed because of their click might have experienced,, but just because,,, it was sooo boring and was so standardized.. In my particular class,, there were many other students that dropped out.. many simply because they took more of an interest in the reefer. Whatever,,, that was their choice. Now to the bandwagon of weed being good or bad… My answer is WHATEVER….. I have spent my whole life around musicians of all discliplines, and acedemics of the same. The use of weed comes down to how you use it and how it uses it you and the (hopefully) pleasant interaction that exists in between. At this moment,, I am in the Netherlands which has the most liberal marijuana policy in the world!!! We all know this. Funny thing is,, although completely acceptable and available at any Koffee Shop,, people on average (from my experience) smoke much less here than in the states.. Maybe a symptom of the forbidden fruit?? And my stance… I stopped smoking weed about 12 years ago.. Occasionally, once in a “blue moon” ill take a puff but that’s it!!!
