We bought a couple of big ol' "spam cans" that have ~18(don't remember exactly) boxes in them for $216.XX after tax...2.4k rounds total. We fired about 60 rounds or so a piece the other day and didn't have any issues with them firing properly. The only hassle is that these surplus rounds have some sort of corrosive agent in/on them so you need to clean the gun thoroughly after each session, otherwise you'll get rust build-up...but it doesn't take too long to do it. It's easy to find when you have a local store who sells a ton of the CZ52's and Tokarev's, and it's cheap when you buy in bulk. Right, no need to lie, we just bought the ammo the other day...it was actually a big reason why my dad tried it out in the first place a couple of months ago. That, and the fact that a few of his gun-nut friends who have 30+ guns were raving about it. These rounds have some serious kick to them, I was surprised. FMJ too. I'll just be carrying it in my truck and shooting it for fun at my parent's property...plenty of space there, and it's close.
