When 500 cars pass through a neighborhood at normal operating levels then here you come 130dbs which can be heard blocks away, don't you think you deserve a ticket. No offense but honestly ask yourself what gives you the right to do that. I'm pretty sure you've probably been pissing people off for awhile now and only now you've gotten a ticket.
