Say he takes wood and cuts a piece from the shelf... If he doesn't pay for it, it is stealing. If he finds it in the trash it is still stealing unless he has a reciept to validate his purchase. His company set the value of the scrap wood at 1 cent in order to ring it up as a sale, thus validating that he indeed purchased it. I don't think it would work with the table saw though...</p></blockquote><p></p>
