One could also put "blame" on Woody for doing the "drastic" overhaul that his intellectual arse put in there.  My grandfather grew up in that era and his account of what it was like was a tad bit different than what a school book will tell you...then again you could say he was biased because he didn't like FDR...especially after he became a republican lol.</p></blockquote><p></p>
