They would probably wouldn't be bad. I like a little more power than that though. Those subs are 4 ohm single voice coil aat 300 watts each. Which means you can only wire them up to a 2 ohm load achieving 600 watts rms. So now you will be looking at an amp that will do 600 watts at 2 ohms. Note: Most manufacturers power ratings will be max. Meaning perfect electrical in your car at 14.4 volts. For some reason I have a feeling you won't be doing much to your electrical, so getting an amp that puts out more rms wattage that you need is a really good idea. Otherwise your subs will be starving for attention from your cars power. You might take a look at this wiring diagram to help you make your decision, just enter in the type of voice coils it has and how many and presto, now you know how many ohms you can wire it to and how. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/rftech/woofer_wizard.asp?submitted=true&woofer_qty=2&woofer_imp=1 I just noticed shipping on those rockfords is $53. So now your upwards of $200. You should look in the classifieds section, caraudioclassifieds.com or even craigslist locally.
