[QUOTE="kballa422, post: 2447970, member: 558327"] "okay i don't want to cause any more debate but i agree that the larger the sub the lower it well play. my reasoning? mother nature...... when a small power full airstream is moving you hear high pitch whislte sound. a small area of air moving. now when there is large stream of air moving (such as a storm) you hear a much deep pithched sound. a large area of area moving. no if the area of air being moved had NOTHING to do with it why would i not hear the same sound. .....that my friends is as technical as i get" "i just don't think that a 15 would sound good for fast kick drums. i mean it would be TOO low" "your ported box probley sucked and a 1200.1 is not enough power for a L7. i gurantee that is why you blew them." Comments made by Novice. And he is called GTA a dumbass. In most cases adding sound deadener will make your system louder. If this is the question, "is there any way to make it louder with the windows up?" Then "adding sound deadener." is not wrong, he never said adding sound deadener would change the cabin pressure, or that it would make having the windows up louder than having them down, he simply said adding sound deadener, will increase how loud it is with your windows up, which in no way is wrong, at least in all of his experiences.
