Message: <blockquote data-quote="wags" data-source="post: 635415" data-attributes="member: 548116"><p>Wow, funny, I always thought petroleum was a renewable resource!  Does anybody have any idea why gas was so low a few years ago?  Because Asia found itself in a depression and demand went wayyy down because of it.  As a result we saw 84 cents to the gallon or lower in the United States.  Basically, gas is never going to go down to what it was and we are the last generation to know cheap petroleum.  That is the honest-to-God truth.  If you believe anything else, you're only lying to yourself.  So go ahead and run around on 4-wheelers and cruise around in your muscle cars ignoring the changes - it'll eventually bite your ***.</p></blockquote><p></p>
