Bush signed some sort of paper back in Nov. that was supposed to lower gas prices by up to $0.20 cents in some places by January when it was supposed to go into full effect.  I dont know about you people but ive noticed a large drop in gas prices here lately as well and I hope they stay down.  Not 2 months ago gas prices were 1.99 regular here and now its down to 1.79 a gallon and its been falling flat on its face for the past couple of weeks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
