That is like a senior mobile home community (55 years or older only I believe) saying oh well that 26 year old is okay. that 35 is etc. But it is still seniors only.This is the same thing. You have to regulate all volume. And I understand stereos is the number one complaint. But we live in a FREE country. If anybody has ever had a roommate they realize other people do things to get on your nerves. It is part of our freedoms. If you don&#039;t like it . Move to another country</p></blockquote><p></p>
