Tuesday, out of the blue a storm hits. Within a few minutes it goes from bright and sunny to dark and getting ready to pour. All of a sudden you cant see across the street from how bad it was raining. Then you hear glass break (thought it was the kitchen window cause of high winds and pouring rain all of a sudden) and the alarm went off. Well it usually does with real bad weather/thunder storms. Look out the back window and see my back yard just became a tropical getaway. Van is totalled house has damaged and cant do anything untill her insurance company comes out.

Basicly tree was rotten inside and due to high winds decided it was giving. It decided to hit the house and crush the fence, van and I havent looked at the trailer yet. Only good thing is I almost parked the new suburban next to the van 30 minutes before. :freak:

Oh and heres a kicker............I had Brand New DD subs in there....a guy wasset to buy it with everything in it if my friend backed out. He was handing me money on Friday. Nationwide side that if it was an act of nature/god they will not cover it. It is here homeowners insurance and her tree on the other side of here yard that hit the house and van. What bull crap. Pay for homeowners so they can just say no we are not paying for the damages. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

Are the speakers ok?

I hope so,I just yanked them for the minute. I seriuosly dont think anything happended cause it hit just behind the subs. But tonight I will check out the coils and stuff. All my tools are in the van.

Adjuster came today and looked it over. He okayed it to have the tree moved and get access to the van to pull the amps and batteries out.

But if they dont pay for the van I will be screwed for the season this year. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

Oh snap do0d. You just lost a perfectly fine mini van yo.
They probably would have denied your claim on the basis of 'natural disasters' are not covered, anyhow.

This will teach you to cut all the **** trees down around your house! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
but it wasnt mine or on my property:crying:

OMG, this is retarded,(not on you I mean, the fact that your neighbor didn't at least Jump to help on the insurance thing) I know that home owners insurance doesn't cover natural stuff, but the neighbor should be in for a good sueing( things are a lil different in Canada/USA I realize this much) But on a good note, you have your health?? and no one was injured!!!
