To be honest I have no idea. I didn't build this madmax so I didn't measure the Gauss. I will ask Scott what was the Gauss on these compared to the black top trf. When I asked which he would prefer as a driver he said "I always loved the trf and would go with that".

Depends on your box but easily 2-3000rms. Too large of a box and mechanically it would fail.

If you can fit it spread the power between two drivers. 4" coils are made to handle the power though thermally. You can get a fairly nice coil in these.
