Those that know Rainbow know that it is top quality. These are being sold so cheep because the terminals on the mids have rusted the speakers still function 100%. All other parts are in great condition and have no issues. The face still functions perfectly I purchased this from a dealer about a year ago (it was a unit that got "lost" on a shelf).
