Message: <blockquote data-quote="Astyl" data-source="post: 6673917" data-attributes="member: 566433"><p>I used to own an 9835 and now i own a 9887 and if you wanna compare the two together they are very similiar, theyve got pretty much all the same functions the only difference is that the 9887 is newer and therefor has MUCH better ipod support (you dont need the seperate box to control it, just the cable that comes out of the headunit) and it has better DACs due to the newer technology, i did a direct swap from my 35 to my 87 and atleast to me the 87 sounded cleaner and got louder off HU power, but thats all subjective</p></blockquote><p></p>
