I bought a van last weekend. Building a new system. 3 of my Mayhems are going in my friend's 1963 Nova, one of them is for sale.

Please note, Scott built these Dual 1 ohm coil Mayhems for me with Dual 1 gaps. This sub does NOT have the universal gap, and can NOT be reconed as a Dual 2.

They are pretty much the same thing as the old style BTL (fully loaded). . .

I drive each one with a 40.1 @ 0.5 ohms without any problem. Don't even get hot unless I get the volume up to where I know I am slightly clipping. . .
