It only has to be "Substantially similar" in order to be seen as infringing upon the patent. That 'Design Patent' was previously owned by Thilo, and was sold at his bankruptcy auction of TC Sounds.</p><p></p><p>Now, the following designs Thilo still owns, and purchased back at his own bankruptcy auction.
