Get a cheap aftermarket HU. Something from Pioneer, Jense, Alpine. One of their entry level units. Since its an integra and probably no one will sit in back leave the rear speakers stock(like you said). The door speakers I would reccomend either a really high quality coax speaker or a mid grade comp set. I know most will say get the alpine sub but in this type of situation I would go with the Infinity sub. Either run two 2-channel amps or if you want to power the stock speakers a lil get a small 4-channel amp and then get either a mono block or 2-channel amp. If you are going to look into Orion amps I would reccomend either a Orion 300D or 600D depending on budget.
