Any words to live by for my first box build? I wanted to do an angled front but with the tools I have available (circular saw) I think Im gonna stick with a basic rectangle box. Angled would look better but its just gonna be behind my truck seats so I guess it doesnt really matter what it looks like. Ill post a build thread when i can get started on it (meaning when the temp gets back over 20 degrees). anyway, Heres what I have 1 sheet of 3/4 MDF Wood glue countersink drill bit 1 5/8 drywall screws Plywood blade for my circular saw Now the specific questions I have a router but no circle cutting attatchment for it. I also have a rotozip with a circle cutting attatchment. Would the rotozip work to cut the holes for the subs if I did it in multiple passes 1/4 deep at a time?I believe they make 1/4 inch bits for it Im going to cut a 2 inch strip off of one of the long ends of the MDF and use the factory edge as a cutting guide. will this work OK? Im on a tight budget and the wife is already not happy i spent 60 bucks the other day on materials/tools LOL. I guess if i need to i can go get a piece of angle iron. The guide they sell at the hardware store breaks down into 2 pieces so im worried about it bending a little at the joint
