Actually TCAB was just the name, most were slot ports. In fact I don't recall seeing any aero port TCABs. They were just heavily overpriced boxes that anyone could build (supposedly designed around each person car/woofer to get the best result possible). The only thing out of the ordinary(IIRC) was they had fiberglass resin coated on the inside. Mark Potts IIRC was the builder who later scammed a butt load of people. Anywho, the forum ate the bull shit up. The ole cheap Type R pretty much contributed to the boner of TCAB as he and a few others scored high numbers with his boxes and a Type R. That Tommy guy can probably explain things more accurate as he knew him on a personal level. The guy who won MECA using Type Rs IIRC (I don't think he used a TCAB though).
