Ok so i have made a probably 50 different draw ups for this. Well sort of draw ups. I have recalced the box over and over just playing around with numbers on paper and comparing to my enclosure calculator. This is what i have came up with that is to my liking. Again im looking at about 2500-3k(probably about 1500-1700 after rise and voltage drop) and will probably end up getting more power im sure lol. Im always changing something. Enclosure Specs - HD15 W/7.5" Aero W/2" Ext 29.5L x 16H X 22(outer dims w/o double plates) Gross - 4.82 Displacements- Sub Dp - .15 7.5" Custom Sono Aero X 17" -.43(2"s will be external so inside displace will be .39) Vertical 2x4 @ 14.5 - .044 ea(There will be 2 top to bottom = .088) Lateral 2x4 @ 20.5 - .062 ea (There will be 2 Front to back = .124) 45's @ 2"L x .75d x 14.5h =0.23 ea (There will be 4 in each corner to round it a little = .092) Total Displacements - .844 Port Will be 2" External from ( 15"s inside and 2"s out external) Port Area(7.5" sono)- 44.18 Square inches Per - 11.045 Box Tuning - 36hz(36.45 or so) Net Cubes - 4.00 (3.976 actual) The reason i have a 7.5 Sonotube is because some of them are actually only 7.5 and some are as big as 8.5. Im going to take a tape measure and hunt for a 7.5 because that fits what i want lol. The 36hz tuning is a little different for me, i usually go about 40hz, but i wanted to be able to play a little lower with this so i played the numbers to drop the tuning a couple of hz
