Do I use the hardener straight on this or must I add a 1st layer on the fleece 1st? thestuff that makes it hard is it the hardener/resin??.. then body filler? like I said Im a NOOB at it and would like to learn without getting flamed by a bunch of wise *****.. so here&#039;s what I have in my head1) make the MDF skeleton.. including MDF mount rings and Braced and Port2) cover with the Fleece material and make it smooth3) add the hardener/resin and make it strong and dry and smooth as possible4) Trim, Body filler, sand, sand, and make a smooth and clear shell to paint5) Paint and installIm shootin for 5cuft-ish at 40hz and have it ported at the rear So you cant see in the sloppy port lolIf I can learn it i will practice and hopefull get good enough..
