If its a recommended size on the FI site (which it is) I really dont see you having any problems with it, especially if your only planning on feeding it 600-800 rms. I ran a demo on WinISD (using the Dual 2 specs) just to get a look at it and even with over 1500rms I still dont see the sub exceeding its mechanical limits, even at 20hz. So with 600-800 I highly doubt any issues, even with a box that size. Only issue I see is somehow getting that size of a box in your trunk. I barley shoehorned a large box in my max before my current setup, and it wasnt near 4.0ft with a decent amount of port area. Might need to get that box build inside the trunk. Lets see the outside specs were... W: 40" D : 14" H : 16" That I believe is the largest rectangle shaped box your going to be able to fit in your trunk. You cant really go any wider. You have some room in height and depth once inside, but I cant see a box any larger getting through the trunks opening. Unless you somehow build an external port or something along those lines. Good luck laying down sound deadener in that car, I just finished mine up and its a royal pain in the rear. Gotta love the rattle box max's lol
