Fi BTL 12?

Hey guys, I've been reading up on them and like what I've seen. If I get one should I go ahead and get it fully loaded? How many watts would I have to put on it, I currently have an Alpine MRD 1000 watt mono block amp. How is the SQ and SPL on it? I curently hav an Alpine Type X 12 and my friend has a RF T1 12, how does it compare to them? What about a JL W7? Thanks for the help!

its an spl sub. you're gonna want more than 1k for it to get loud though..

Way louder than all those, but will need atleast 2k watts.

and prolly won be as musical at the Type X and w7

Wont be as muciscal as the subs mentioned.. but will be louder than sheit. If you dont plan on dumping money on an amp that can feed it properly i would look else were. Maybe a BL.. SSD possibly.

ive seen a lot of people using kicker kx/zx 2500's to their btls.
