Right now the best measurment of security has be to use 2 1/2" bolts and bolt the box from the inside threw the floor board to the car with castle nots and cotter pins, most people dont carry a socket with them when trying to steel your system let alone a pair of dikes and an extra person!! Also bolt your amps to the floor using Aircraft bolts/nuts!! I have my whole system insured by my insurance company so if some dumb *** steals my stuff or ruins it I can get at least 85% of MSRP.
First of all, you guys all say Bump Responsible what about when your at competition, all those bystanders looking at you s**t!!possibly planning to steal it!!If some thief really wants your system, he will just tow your whole car. One of my friend had about 10K dropped in his system and the person who survaled his lot at night came up an had it towed. So there is really nothing to do to stop a determined thief. ALso get an American Bulldog, people will s**t themselve when they see a monster starring at them!!
