It's very possible that it's the one channel of the RCA's coming lose from the board of the amp. Mine were doing that, every time I would hit a bump in the road it would make that crackling sound and it was annoying as hell. It stopped once I relocated it from the floor of the trunk.</p></blockquote><p></p>
