Better? Maybe

Louder? Only if you are able to turn it up louder with a little less distortion or a because it sounds a little better. But don't just crank up every frequency on the EQ because you want it louder. That's not how they are to be used.

IMO, not really worth the hassle.

do you know of any eq's or could I just get a low end eq since it's just factory speakes?

dont waste your time.

get an 8" sub or two, and theres your low end.

factory speakers wont do much, if anything more than what they are doing now, no matter what EQ you got.
