Message: <blockquote data-quote="parasite" data-source="post: 7960462" data-attributes="member: 645661">after replacing the distrubuter cab, roter , ignition module and ignition coil with higher than stock performance parts a noise was introduced into the factory radio system. the factory system in my 88chevy truck consisted of a radio control unit..a separate casette unit..and a "brain" amp. the speakers were just as old as the truck and radio.ive removed all the old stuff prepairing to install a new HU. speakers. amp, sub. odds are the noise will still be there. so aside from replacing the new tune up parts what can i do to eliminate the whine.</blockquote>
