Looks good to me for plug and play, although I'm sure many people (myself included) would think that money could go a decent ways for mats for the custom box, but if you want to get it in now without worrying too much about a custom box now it should do fine. Maybe double check the seal around the corners inside the box and around the terminal cup when you get it.
