I am not up to par on the terminology nor the rule of thumb specs. I have built boxes using the the OEM specs with great results and Fosgate has always included round port options. Never had issues with port noise but then again I have never gone high power on the sub stage. My goal was to determine if I could go round port on all my subs and save a considerable amount of space and simplify my box builds.</p></blockquote><p></p>
