I have always favored mids and highs over bass and the last single 15" set up was a Memphis Reference 250 RMS in a ported 5 cu box. It was in a 2003 Galant. I have checked out the SSA Icon series and I am impressed with the power ratings. I don't particular care for the way it is just glued where the cone meets the surround. AudioQue subs seem to built with more quality. They are sewn and glued. Don't get me wrong I love bass. I just rather  hear my mids and highs crystal clear then have bass filling the background. The lower frequency bass the better which is why I keep going back to the 15".</p></blockquote><p></p>
