Message: <blockquote data-quote="orangecounty1" data-source="post: 5258964" data-attributes="member: 578335">its deff. your HU. ive had my pioneer 880 since they came out, never had a single problem with them until about a month ago, same as you, even with the engine off, i got HORRIBLE nasty loud noise and crackling soudns, etc.i just had to ground the RCA's on the HU. look on the back of the HU, theres a threaded hole, for a screw. its metric, its either 8 9 or 10mm i think. go get a bolt that fits in it, and use that as your grounding spot. you wont have the noise anymore. only need to ground one set of RCAs too, not all 3 sets.any questions, PM me</blockquote>
