I have a few Qs if that is the problem. Is the main power to the HU ran directly to the battery? Are you using the factory ground to the original HU?It sounds like your HU isn't getting enough power when the windows are being used. other electrical things could be causing power drops as well. The wire that goes to the fuse panel in the car (or under the hood on some cars) has a pretty small power wire from the battery to it and it may not have the power to run the HU and the windows at the same time so the stereo gets underpowered and cuts out. and it could be an electrical short somewhere.</blockquote>
