I think it is perfectly clear than I am neutral to them. I am just trying to explain that in the world outside car audio (and it does exist) these things happen all the time. People here complain about theft, but in other industries, such as pharmaceuticals, people die because of these things. Do they rebound and produce good products or are they always bad, bad, bad? In the case about Vioxx, Merck had strong knowledge that their medicine killed people. Did they admit it, no. Do a certain few still hate them, probably. But check your medicine cabinet to be sure you don't take of these products. Do you know that Merck is currently trying to redesign the product to make it safer? If I place an order with eD and they don't deliver in what I feel is an apropriate amount of time, Amex will cancel the order for me. Is that theft, no because I can recoup my losses. Is it poor customer service, absolutley. You have as much right to complain based on your experiences as I do to say that they are okay base on mine.
