I can honestly say that a lot of the people who whine about EDs customer service are just that: Whiners. 5 weeks ago i had a problem with my nine.5 so i contacted them, got the RMA number to send it back, and shipped it off. Got an email the day they recieved it, saying they would keep me updated. I got updates, mostly saying they couldnt get it to duplicate what it had done in my car, they were trying every method they could, finally they gave up after trying every option and configuration, and sent me a brand new amp. They dont make miracles happen overnight, but they get you results. And in the end, thats what counts. If you go through the history of car audio, there isnt a single company that somewhere along the lines didnt sway, and do some shady stuff, people focus on ED's f'ups because its popular
