Correct they haven't gone under, but certain divisions are no longer and they aren't making parts for those divisions anymore.My CD8455 reads discs intermittently and was inquiring about a fix. That's what I was told. It's also my understanding that they are no longer in the aftermarket part at all here or abroad, just making things for factory cars.On a bright side, the AVN6620 I bought just showed up today so YEAY!!!!</blockquote>
