The buyer claims that he had it professionally installed and the screen did not pop out right, but before I removed it, it was fine. As you can see, I stated the item was sold "as-is" in the auction. First, am I required to give him a refund? I really don't care and I will give him a refund, but I just want to now if I am obligated to do so. Second, if I get the monitor back and I find out that the screen does pop out, what can I do? Can I refuse his request for a refund?</p></blockquote><p></p>
