Ebay doesn't charge sellers fees on the shipping, just the price of the item itself, so sellers will have lower prices and higher shipping to increase their net profit. Once reported, ebay will slap them on the wrist and tell them to fix it. Guy seems like kind of a **** with that response and maybe deserves whatever slap on the wrist ebay throws his way.</p></blockquote><p></p>
