Besides caffeine and fatty food (which I have to quit as well) smoking is my last vice. I drink a little now and then but smoking has the greatest hold on me of anything I think. I could quit coffee and eat salads easier than I could quit smoking. At that age where I've decided I want to be around a while. Making good money, kids are getting out of my house, and wife and I get along better than ever. Quitting smoking is the next logical step.Thanks for answering my questions.
