Shrinking them does cost you a little bit of the quality but 99% of the time it isn't noticable.  And yes you can keep all the menus,subtitles and differant audio if you want.Then there is always dual layer discs and the movie needs no shrinking to fit on those but they cost $$$$</blockquote>
