Most of them a flush kit will do the job. You can also stop smoking for two weeks and use the kit, I've had send away samples that were no problem. Or you can just get the bladder and tape it to your leg and keep a hand warming heating pad to heat it up. But that's usually reserved for people who have a certain lifestyle and it certainly doesn't sound like you.
