Assuming your using 3/4 MDF with your hxwxd you get just over 5.6ft3.port area for 4.5 should be around  70-72ish(which your close to)I'm guessing your using the 15", your port will take up around .8-1ft3 for your application and after sub displacements and 45s/bracing your would be just a tad off with your current design.</blockquote>
