I'm wondering because I went out to eat and got pretty bad service like the waitress just really seemed like she didn't want to help us. I think she came by the table once to check up on us the entire time and it wasn't even busy. So when she brings the check I told my girlfriend I didn't want to tip her but she insisted I gave her a little something so I gave her $2. I really don't believe someone should receive a tip just for bringing me my food and doing nothing else lol. And I realize I messed up the title.</p></blockquote><p></p>
