The UR's have what i think is the better of the DLS midbasses, you have the dedicated range factor between the drivers,  tiny midranges with great off axis, and pretty much a ticket for a bit louder output.With the Germs you have a nice chambered tweeter with a favorable FS for a nice 2way, a good midbass with copper in the motor and metal cone, and an audiophile xover that allows you to play with the drivers quasi-active. You can bi-amp them, and you can independently chose via jumpers between 2200hz 24db and 2600hz 12db for each driver and mix/match those combinations in a myriad of ways until you can get what you feel is the best phase relationship between the drivers based on your install locations.Fun , fun..</blockquote>
