Well they are a HIGH volume dealer so mistakes are bound to happen. I mean 64,000+ feedback and 98.5% of people are happy..? Pretty **** impressive to me. But the deals that did go down bad, went really bad it seems. I have purchased from them a few times and always had good luck. I had to warranty a deck once through them and even though I did not buy the additional insurance, they still covered it. Also they are legit with DLS amps even though they are *****ing them out making just a few bucks on them which in turn will lowers the status of DLS as a company but at the same times gives us **** good equipment for less $$$, Pinny the DLS rep really needs to crack down on them.. but doubt he cares as the sales are putting more cash in his pocket and all reps care about is volume. It is VERY hard to tell which are fake DLS as they have now cloned them down to the terminals externally. Only little details give the fakes away externally such as the ring colors around the rca's. Only real way to tell for 100% is pop the cover. If the circuit board is green in color, it is a fake as the use crap thin PCB's for the guts.
