I almost have no chioce to get a refurbished amp now since my plans have been changed. I had a refurb Viper 1200.1 but it only worked once but I'm sure it was my fault. Before the amp was installed the little battery connector that came with my wiring kit had touched the batter connector on the amp which made the amp spark but nothing was even connected. Once I did install the amp it played fine the first time but it was very hot and everytime I tried to turn it on after that it would blow the fuse under the hood. I'm thinking about getting a Directed 1100 or 1500d but I don't want a repeat of my Viper. Now I don't know if I should get the refurbished Directed or just wait a while and get a new amp.</p></blockquote><p></p>
