It was touching both frame and chassis (which touched each other anyways). But, not only was the grounding spot NOT sanded down, but there was no terminal on the end of these combined 7 wires, or anything holding the ground to the chassis/frame. the wires were literally RESTING in the hole he drilled.I turned around and asked him to clarify that i was not seeing things, and he just says &quot;yeah, it works....&quot; then pulls the wires out, with his car on, and everything makes a loud &quot;whoomp&quot; sound. He then shows me the wires, and proceeds to put them back into there little hole, and the amps turn back on.I didnt know what to do, so i just closed the door and walked away.</blockquote>
